Scope of application:

Suitable for hardness testing of materials such as cast iron, steel, non-ferrous metals, and soft alloys, as well as for hardness testing of certain non-metallic materials such as hard plastics and electric wood.

Function and Features:

XHB-3000The digital Brinell hardness tester is an electromechanical integrated product with a precision mechanical structure and a microcomputer controlled closed-loop system. The instrument eliminates weights and uses electric loading and unloading test force0.5‰Accurate pressure sensors provide feedback,CPUControl and automatically compensate for the loss of test force during the experiment. The indentation can be directly measured on the instrument through a micrometer eyepiece, and the test force, indentation length, holding time, measurement times, conversion scale, date and time can be displayed more intuitively on the large screen. When operating, simply press the eyepiece button to measure the indentation, and the hardness value will be automatically calculated and displayed on the screen. The data results can be saved and viewed through a table, or output through a built-in printer, and are equipped withRS232Interface for users to connect to a computer for output. The hardness tester can also be equipped with a video measurement device andCCDImage automatic measurement system.
