1、 Overview of XTRM Temperature Inspection Instrument:

XTRM temperature inspection instrument is a type of instrument in the modern cement industry, which can measure up to 6 temperature circuits and display the temperature of one circuit. Users can view any temperature measurement value in the circuit through the buttons on the instrument surface. The temperature measurement range of this instrument is generally 0-100 ℃, 0-150 ℃, and 0-200 ℃. Customers can customize instruments with special temperature ranges, such as 0-300 ℃, 0-400 ℃, etc., according to their actual needs in on-site production.

5、 Usage of temperature remote monitoring instrument:

The Meikesi XTRM-4215PG, XTRM-4215P, XTRM-4215 four channel temperature remote monitoring instrument needs to be preheated for 10 minutes after startup. The installation of the instrument should be as close as possible to the measurement point, which can fully utilize the following advantages of the two-wire system:

1. High anti-interference ability, as the signal is transmitted at high levels to suppress noise and interference.

2. Simple wiring, using twisted pair wires to connect instruments from the site to the control room, reduces the cost of wiring. In order to avoid measurement errors, the lead resistance of platinum thermistors must ensure a certain value. Here, for each Pt100 sensor, the lead resistance is fixed at 0.35 Ω, and the corresponding wire cross-section and length of 0.35 Ω are as follows:

Any cross-sectional wire can also be taken, but the total resistance of the lead must be ensured to be 0.35 Ω, otherwise lead errors will occur. For example, every 0.38 Ω change in lead resistance will cause a temperature error of 1 ℃. The input lead needs to consider shielding against external magnetic fields.

3. For circuits that are not currently in use, the input terminal should be connected to a resistor less than 100 Ω or the input terminal should be short circuited with a wire, otherwise the open circuit at the input terminal will prevent the instrument from working properly.

4. Under normal operation, the instrument measures four temperature circuits simultaneously, but displays and outputs one signal of temperature normally. The data of other temperature points must be viewed by operating the buttons on the panel to check the temperature at each point.
