1、 Product Overview

XZD-YBIt is an intrinsic safety integrated explosion-proof vibration transmitter, which integrates a magneto electric speed sensor and a precision measurement circuit, and can directly output standard signals corresponding to the vibration quantity. Its core function is to monitor the vibration intensity (velocity effective value) of rotating machinery and provide continuous 4-20mA current signal output, making it easy to connect to control systems such as DCS and PLC. This product adopts intrinsic safety design, with an explosion-proof rating of Exia Ⅱ CT6 Ga, and can be used in flammable and explosive environments.

3、 Explanation on Temperature and Oil Level Monitoring

It should be noted that based on existing information,XZD-YB Explosion proof Vibration TransmitterThe main function is to monitor mechanical vibration. In its standard function, the oil level monitoring function is not directly integrated.

In terms of temperature parameters, the temperature indicators listed in the table mainly refer to the ambient temperature range within which the sensor can operate normally, rather than its ability to actively measure the temperature of the external environment. This sensor is mainly used to measure the vibration of parts such as the casing and bearing seat.

If your application scenario requires simultaneous monitoring of vibration, temperature, and oil level, the usual solution is to equip the system with independent temperature sensors, oil level sensors, or specialized multi parameter monitoring instruments that work in conjunction with the YZHB vibration sensor.

4、 Installation and wiring requirements

1. Installation position: Choose a position that can truly transmit rotor vibration to the bearing box or casing. The installation surface should be flat and can be installed horizontally or vertically.

2. Installation method: Prepare a platform on the casing, open M10 × 1.5 screw holes, and fix the sensor with bottom screws or double headed screws to ensure a tight fit between the bottom and the casing.

3. Wiring specifications:

·Use shielded cables for connection.

·Usually, the red wire is connected to the positive terminal of the DC24V power supply, and the blue wire is connected to the negative terminal of the power supply. These two wires are also 4-20mA output leads.

·When wiring, avoid parallel connection with strong interfering power lines and control cables.

4. Safe operation: It is strictly prohibited to carry out disassembly or wiring operations while live.
