The xenon lamp aging machine uses a xenon arc lamp that can simulate the full spectrum of sunlight to reproduce the destructive light waves present in different environments, providing corresponding environmental simulation and accelerated testing for scientific research, product development, and quality control. Suitable for industries such as automobiles, coatings, rubber, plastics, pigments, adhesives, fabrics, etc.
Using a xenon lamp to simulate sunlight exposure, condensation of moisture to simulate rainwater and dew, the tested material is placed in a cyclic program of alternating light and moisture at a certain temperature for testing. It takes several days or weeks to reproduce the hazards that occur outdoors for months or even years. Artificial accelerated aging test data can help select new materials, improve existing materials, and evaluate how changes in formulation affect product durability.

Compliant with standards:
The xenon lamp aging test chamber is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB/T2423.24-1995 "Environmental testing for electrical and electronic products - Part 2: Test Sa: Simulating solar radiation on the ground", referring to the plastic xenon lamp light source exposure test method GB9344-88 and GB/T9276-96 "Coating, paint, clear coat test". This test chamber can meet the light aging test requirements for textiles, plastics, natural fibers, and rubber specified in GJB150.7. The performance indicators meet the requirements of GB/T5170.9 "Basic Parameter Calibration Method for Environmental Testing Equipment of Electrical and Electronic Products - Solar Assisted Radiation Testing Equipment".

Principle: Weather resistance test is an important means of screening and optimizing product composition in the scientific research and production process, and it is also an important content of product quality inspection. The main factors causing material aging are sunlight and humidity. The weather resistance test chamber can simulate the hazards caused by sunlight, rainwater, and dew.
