1. Connect the power supply or install the battery, press the power button, and the instrument will enter the initialization state. The Chinese content displayed on the screen is shown in the above figure. Instrument preheating3After the displayed data stabilizes, measurements can be taken in minutes.

2. Reset: In the measurement state of air volume, wind speed, and pressure, pressing the reset button can clear the initial value of pressure, making the displayed data "00000"

3.Pitot tube coefficient, air density, and vent area settings:

Press the settings button, and when the display screen shows the pitot tube coefficient, pressRight shift key, with each press, the numeric cursor moves one digit to the right. pressPress the up button, and with each press, the number flips up one digit. After setting, press the setting button again to set the air density using the same method as above; Press the settings button again to set the air outlet area using the same method as above.

4.Full pressure measurement: Connect the instrument's positive pressure interface to the pitot tube's full pressure port (at this time, the instrument's negative pressure end is connected to atmospheric pressure). Hold the pitot tube firmly by hand and make it as perpendicular as possible to the pipeline wall and center position, as shown in Figure A. At this time, the instrument displays the full pressure data value

5. Static pressure (positive and negative pressure) measurement: Connect the instrument's positive pressure interface to the static pressure port of the pitot tube (at this time, the instrument's negative pressure end is connected to atmospheric pressure). Hold the pitot tube firmly by hand and make it as perpendicular as possible to the pipeline wall and center position, as shown in Figure A. At this time, the instrument displays the static pressure data value

6. Dynamic pressure=total pressure - static pressure (dynamic pressure can be converted to wind speed and air volume using Bernoulli method). The instrument has already been converted internally

7. The pitot tube has two interfaces. The interface that comes straight is the full pressure port, and the one perpendicular to the tube body is the static pressure port

8. Measure differential pressure

The positive and negative nozzles of the instrument are respectively connected to high and low pressure sources, and the reading is the differential pressure value. (If the reading shows a negative value, it means that the positive and negative directions are reversed. Simply exchange the connectors.)
