This friction dyeing firmness testing machine can simultaneously test six sets of samples, and can perform both dry and wet friction tests, as well as organic solvent friction tests, for testing various leather, textile and other materials.
The working principle of the friction dyeing firmness testing machine is to rub the colored test piece with a certain load for a certain number of times, and then evaluate the dyeing friction firmness level by referring to the gray scale.
When testing, first cut a standard sample, clamp the sample on the test bench of the testing machine, then wrap the standard white cotton cloth used for testing on the friction head of the testing machine, and then rub the test piece back and forth. After reaching the specified number of times, the testing machine will automatically stop, take out the sample, observe the changes in the sample, and compare it with the color chart to evaluate the dye fastness level of the sample.
