1. Introduction
The YD9800 series eddy current sensor adopts internationally leading technology and is designed and produced strictly in accordance with ISO standards. After years of experience, the company has explored the matching technology of coil temperature stability parameters. The probe adopts PPS engineering plastic imported from Japan, with high requirements for secondary injection molding process, to ensure the sealing, stability, interchangeability and other performance of the probe. The probe works normally in a temperature environment of -30 ℃~+185 ℃. The preamplifier adopts a new generation chip, with a circuit power consumption of less than 8mA and deep negative feedback stable resonant circuit technology, achieving stability of 0.05%/℃ and 0.02%/year. The circuit has fault-tolerant design to ensure that any wiring errors will not be damaged; Wiring terminal embedded with self-locking protection design, engineering plastic PPS isolation insulation, corrosion-resistant; The new phase frequency testing and control method has dynamic characteristics at the international leading level. Unless using an external mounting bracket to install the probe or limited installation space, standard installation types of probes are usually selected.
When the preamplifier leaves the factory, it should be calibrated according to 40CrMo steel. If the material of the tested object is not 40CrMo steel, the material of the tested object should be specified when ordering, and it should be calibrated according to the specified material when leaving the factory.
The negative voltage output signal is compatible with Bentley Nevada BN3300, 7200 series and PHILIPS products from Germany. The 4-20mA current voltage output signal is easy to input into computer data acquisition systems.
