Main purpose:
The YG type low-dose liquid filling and capping equipment adopts a volumetric ceramic pump or stainless steel plunger pump for filling, with high filling accuracy, long service life, high temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance. The machine integrates bottle sorting, filling, and capping, and is suitable for liquid filling and capping in pesticides, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics, etc. It is economical, practical, and occupies a small area. (Note: The screw cap component of this machine can also be used for aluminum rolling caps, anti-theft caps, threaded caps, etc.)
Features and performance:
In general, stainless steel plunger pumps are used. When the liquid corrosiveness is strong, positive displacement ceramic pumps are used for filling, with high precision and a wide range of dosage adjustment.
The ceramic pump filling system does not adsorb drugs, has good chemical stability, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and long service life. It has unique advantages in filling some corrosive drugs.
Adopting a low-level liquid storage tank, the whole machine is easy to clean and disinfect.
The filling system is equipped with a shrinking function, with no dripping or leakage.
Suitable for filling various viscosity liquids.
The filling needle penetrates into the bottom of the bottle and slowly rises to prevent foaming.
