1. Yiguang RF card ultrasonic heat meter realizes heat measurement and prepayment function, by buying heat first and then using it; After the user pays the fee at the management department, the management department writes the purchased heat value into the non-contact IC card. After the user inputs the data in the card into the table, the table automatically opens the valve for heating or (or cooling). When the purchase amount is used up, the table automatically closes the valve to stop heating (or cooling), thus avoiding charging disputes and on-site meter reading.

Function Description

1. Heat metering function: Use ultrasonic method for flow measurement, PT1000 for heating water temperature measurement, and calculator to measure heat

2. Prepaid function: Use a non-contact IC card to transfer heat data and information between the heat meter and the heating management system in both directions, use control actuators to close and open valves, and achieve prepaid heating function

7、 Card Function Description

1. Card setting: Set the parameters of the card to the module, with the parameters being the set account information (including: sub table number; cumulative purchase limit; prepaid amount; alarm prompt amount; maximum transparent amount; maintenance code; system key);

After successfully swiping the card, the LCD display status depends on the parameters set by the account When the pre recharge amount is not 0, it displays as: remaining amount, valve open

When the pre recharge is 0 but the overdraft amount is not 0, it displays as: remaining 0.00, valve open

When the pre recharge is 0 but the overdraft amount is 0, it displays as: remaining 0.00, valve closed

2. Clear card: Clear all data in the module to restore it to its factory state. After successful card swiping, it will display as: Accumulate 0.00 valve opening

3. Check the card: After swiping the card, the module displays internal information in sequence

4. Clear status card: When the module experiences strong magnetic/low power/valve faults, even after the fault status is resolved, the module will still record the fault information and display the fault flag. At this time, swipe the fault clear card to clear the fault flag

5. Valve card: The valve operates once every time the card is swiped

6. Time card: Calibrate the internal time of the module

7 Zeroing Card: Clears all data inside the module except for accumulated usage, mainly used for checking mechanical and electrical readings during after-sales meter replacement

8. User card: The initial recharge is the account opening card, and after swiping the meter, it becomes the user card. Recharge the meter accordingly
