Ultrasonic water meter is a new type of water meter that detects the time difference caused by the change in velocity of the ultrasonic sound beam propagating upstream and downstream in water, analyzes and processes the flow velocity of the water, and further accumulates the flow rate of the water. It can be widely used in the water supply metering of water companies to measure the drinking cold water flowing through the tap water pipeline.
Functional Features
Ultrasonic measurement principle, without rotating parts, ensures long-term measurement under various complex conditions, with a measurement accuracy of level 2 and a large measurement range, Q3/Q1Reaching 250.
Automatic diagnosis of various abnormal alarm functions, error messages can be displayed on LCD and uploaded to the management system through remote data collection, timely alarm, notify maintenance services, and ensure the normal operation of instruments and pipelines.
When the flow signal of the water meter runs continuously for a long time (such as 24 hours), it indicates that there is water flow moving continuously for a long time, which may be a leak in the household pipeline (such as the toilet or faucet not being turned off properly). The system automatically prompts, stores error information, and alarms.
If the water meter detects a high flow for more than half an hour, it may cause the pipeline to burst, and the system will automatically prompt, store error information, and sound an alarm.
When there is water flow, the flow meter program automatically detects the direction of water flow. When the direction of water flow is opposite to the direction indicated by the arrow on the meter body, the system automatically prompts, stores error information, and gives an alarm.
The communication interface comes standard with infrared and M-Bus remote transmission interfaces, which can provide multiple communication interfaces for customers to choose according to their needs (such as MBUS, RS485, 4-20mA, pulse, wireless 470MHz, wireless GPRS). Support real-time data communication to ensure accuracy and timeliness of data.
Ultra low power consumption, using ER26500 energy type lithium battery with a service life of over 6 years.
