Main Technical Performance
1. Tested water temperature: 0.5 ℃ -30 ℃ (hot water gauge 30 ℃ -90 ℃)
2. The nominal pressure of the water meter is ≤ 1.0Mpa
3. Flow table: (Flow range is shown in the table below)
4. The maximum allowable error of the water meter: from low pressure including the minimum quantity Q1 to low pressure excluding the boundary flow Q2 ± 5%; Including the high zone ± 2% from the boundary flow Q2 to the maximum flow Q4.
5. The water pressure of the pipeline is greater than 0.02Mpa.
instructions
The IC card intelligent cold water meter measures and monitors data through the water meter and LCD display screen, and transmits the data through the IC card. The LCD display
A displays water volume in cubic meters
The display quantity of B is a four digit integer and one decimal.
The specific status display contents of C are: "Current purchase quantity", "Remaining usage", "Accumulated usage", "Valve closed", "Valve open", "Payment", "Battery replacement", "Limit current purchase quantity", "Card error", "Attack", "Battery replacement", "E-01 ", "E-03 ", "E-07 [Internal battery voltage too low]".
1. Display 'Current Purchase Quantity': This refers to the amount of water purchased by the user using the user card this time. When the card is inserted into the IC card slot, it will display 'Current Purchase Quantity XXXM' and then accumulate to the remaining amount.
2Display 'Remaining Usage': This means that every time the user inserts a card or displays an alarm water level, 'Remaining Usage XXXM' is displayed.
3. Display 'Accumulated usage'. When inserting the user's recharge card and checking, the last item will display as "Accumulated usage XXXM". Indicates the total water usage of this water meter.
4. Display 'paid': indicates that the purchased water has reached the alert level and should be purchased in a timely manner.
5. Display 'Card Error': The card is not properly inserted or is not inserted into the IC card of this water meter. Please insert the IC card of this water meter again.
6. Display 'battery replacement':
(1) When the valve is closed and the user inserts the card, if the LCD displays that the external dry battery is under voltage, the dry battery should be replaced or removed in a timely manner to be powered by the internal battery.
(2) The valve is closed, and after the user inserts the card, the valve opens and the LCD displays "remaining battery, valve open, battery replacement". The internal battery level one alarm is triggered, and the user promptly contacts the relevant responsible unit to replace the internal battery in a timely manner.
(3) When the valve is closed and the user inserts the card, the valve does not move. When the LCD displays "E-07", it indicates that the internal battery voltage is too low, triggering a second level alarm. The user cannot use water and needs to immediately contact the relevant department to replace the battery.
7. Battery "valve closed": indicates that the water meter valve is in the closed state.
8. Display 'valve open': indicates that the valve cannot be opened.
9. Display 'Limit current purchase quantity': indicates exceeding the purchase quantity limit.
10. Display "E-01": indicates a fault in the water meter circuit board.
11. Display "Err3" and "leak detection": This indicates that the water meter has been subjected to strong magnetic interference or the sampling signal has been cut off. Please check and correct it in a timely manner.
