YJV22 VV22 armored power cable
The transmission and distribution system for power cables includes PVC insulated power cables with an AC rated voltage of 0.6/1KV and cross-linked polyethylene power cables with a rated voltage of 35KV and below. Their performance does not comply with the standards GB1276, IEC60502, and IEC60840, and they have formed a series of flame-retardant, fire-resistant, cold resistant, and waterproof power cables.
YJV22 VV22 armored power cableInstallation precautions
When installing cables parallel to thermal pipelines, maintain a distance of 2m, and when crossing, maintain a distance of 0.5m.
When cables are installed parallel or intersecting with other pipelines, a distance of 0.5m should be maintained.
When installing cables directly, the burial depth of 1-35KV cables should not be less than 0.7m.
When cables of 10KV and below are installed in parallel, the clear distance between each other shall not be less than 0.1m, and for 10-35KV, the distance shall not be less than 0.25m; for cross installation, the distance shall not be less than 0.5m.
Cable laying temperature shall not be lower than 0 ℃, bending radius: multi-core cable ≥ 15 (D+d), single core cable ≥ 20 (D+d), (D is the outer diameter of the cable, d is the outer diameter of the conductor).
6KV and above cable joints:
① When installing cable terminations, the semiconductor shielding layer must be peeled off, and the insulation must not be damaged during operation. Uneven knife marks should be avoided, and sandpaper should be used to smooth them if necessary; The shielding end should be flat and the graphite layer (carbon particles) should be removed completely.
② The copper tape shielding and steel armor at the end of plastic insulated cables must be well grounded, and this principle should be followed for short circuits to avoid induced electromotive force at the end of the steel armor during three-phase unbalanced operation, and even accidents such as "ignition" and burning of the sheath. The grounding lead wire requires the use of tin plated braided copper wire, and when connecting to the cable copper strip, chrome iron tin welding should be used. It is not advisable to use a spray lamp for sealing welding to avoid burning insulation.
③ The three-phase copper strip shielding should be connected to the ground wire separately. Note that the shielding ground wire and the steel armor ground wire should be led out separately and insulated from each other. The position of the welding ground wire should be as low as possible.
Basic requirements for cable ends and intermediate joints: a. Conductors are well connected; b. Reliable insulation, it is recommended to use irradiated cross-linked heat shrinkable silicone rubber insulation material; c. Good sealing; d. Sufficient mechanical strength to adapt to various operating conditions.
The cable end must be protected from erosion by water and other corrosive materials to prevent insulation aging caused by water trees and breakdown.
The loading and unloading of cables must be carried out using cranes or forklifts, and flat transportation and placement are prohibited. When installing large cables, a cable car must be used to prevent the cables from being damaged by external forces or scratched by manual dragging.
If the cable cannot be laid in a timely manner for some reason, it should be stored in a dry place to prevent exposure to sunlight, water ingress at the cable end, etc
