Product Introduction

There are many kinds of food processing workshops, and the waste gas generated is different due to different food processing processes and products, but most of them are mainly oil smoke and essence waste gas.

The oils, organic compounds, and other products that undergo heating, differentiation, or rupture during food cooking (some deep frying temperatures can reach over 200 ℃) and processing. It is a mixture of gas, solid, and liquid produced by a series of reactions between edible oil and food at high temperatures, commonly known as oil fume. Oil fume is mainly composed of organic compounds such as alkanes, fats, esters, alcohols, ketones, aldehydes, heterocyclic amines, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, and volatile sources. It has a significant impact on public health and poses a great threat to human health. Oil fumes have a certain impact on the lungs and respiratory tract of the human body; There are cell genetic toxic substances in oil fumes that can cause different biological effects, manifested as mutagenicity and a decrease in human immune function.

In response to the characteristics and engineering requirements of the barbecue stove oil fume, high-voltage electrostatic purification technology is selected for the treatment of oil fume exhaust gas. The process flow chart is as follows:


Craft description:

The smoke containing gas emitted from the barbecue grill is collected through the hood and pipeline and enters the electrostatic fume removal equipment. Under the effect of high-voltage static electricity, the vast majority of the oil in the smoke is filtered out (with an electric field purification rate of ≥ 95%), and then directly extracted and discharged by the induced draft fan.

Purification principle

Electrostatic smoke purification equipment uses electrons emitted from the cathode in a high-voltage electric field, as well as negative ions generated by the collision of electrons with air molecules, to capture oil fume particles, making them charged. Then, using the effect of the electric field, the charged oil fume particles are adsorbed by the anode to achieve the purpose of removing oil fume.
