  Yokogawa EJA210E transmitterIt is a flange mounted differential pressure transmitter and a liquid level transmitter specifically designed to measure the density of crystallized fixed sediment liquids. It adopts advanced monocrystalline silicon resonant sensor technology, which is very suitable for measuring the flow rate, liquid level, density, and pressure of liquids, gases, or vapors. The Yokogawa EJA210E converts the measured differential pressure into a 4-20mA DC current signal output, which can measure, display, or remotely monitor static pressure. It has functions such as fast response, remote setting, and self diagnosis. The Yokogawa EJA210E flange mounted differential pressure transmitter is an upgraded model of the Yokogawa EJA210A and Yokogawa EJA220A flange mounted differential pressure transmitters.

1. DPharp digital sensor: The DPharp digital sensor continuously outputs frequency signals even when the process pressure has not changed. So if the sensor malfunctions, the transmitter can detect it immediately without mistaking the sensor malfunction for unchanged process pressure.
2. Dynamic compensation and higher accuracy: DPharp digital sensors have the ability to simultaneously measure differential pressure/static pressure/temperature, dynamically compensating the measured values based on real-time data, eliminating the influence of temperature and static pressure changes, and achieving higher accuracy.
3. Composite sensing function: The DPharp sensor's composite sensing function can measure two process variables, differential pressure and static pressure, through a single transmitter without the need to set up separate transmitters, saving up to 20% of capital expenditure (CAPEX).
4. Signal curve characterization: The EJA-E series transmitter has a 10 segment signal curve characterization function, which is suitable for compensating 4-20mA analog output signals in nonlinear applications. It can be used for all applications such as tank measurement and flow measurement, where the correspondence between input pressure and output signal is clear, making the measurement more flexible and convenient.
5. Diagnostic function: The JA-E series transmitter has 40 self diagnostic functions, two of which are its unique features. One is Back Check technology, which uses real-time reverse calculation to confirm and verify the correctness of calculations. Secondly, DPharp is an active sensor that continuously outputs corresponding signals even if the input pressure remains unchanged. When the sensor signal is interrupted, the transmitter can detect the sensor failure in the first time. When passive sensors have no signal output, they cannot determine whether it is due to no change in pressure or sensor failure.
6. Overpressure protection: Not only does the sturdy design of the DPharp sensor itself resist the effects of overpressure, but the mechanical design inside the diaphragm box further provides overpressure protection, protecting the transmitter from the effects and even damage of overpressure events such as incorrect valve group operation and unexpected pressure surges.
7. Functional safety: The EJA-E series transmitters are designed in accordance with the IEC61508:2010 (Parts 1-7) and IEC61511:2004 (Parts 1-3) standards and have obtained certification. Each unit meets SIL2 safety requirements, and redundant use meets SIL3 safety requirements. By using the EJA/EJX series transmitters, one can meet production applications and safety requirements without the need for redundant configuration.
