Structural principle:

The stepper motor rotates at a stable speed to drive the sensor piece, and then drives the rotor to rotate through the balance spring and shaft. If the rotor is subjected to liquid resistance, the balance spring sensor connecting piece and the stepper motor sensor connecting piece are in the same position. On the contrary, if the rotor is subjected to the viscous resistance of the liquid, the balance spring generates torque to counteract the viscous resistance, and finally reaches equilibrium. At this point, the liquid viscosity value is displayed through photoelectric sensors and processed by a 16 bit microcomputer processor. When the measured viscosity value is greater than the set viscosity value, the dilution solenoid valve can operate according to the program design requirements. Control the viscosity of the tested liquid around the set viscosity value. The program design can be determined based on the user's situation.
