purpose

The ZXG type center drive suction dredger is suitable for sedimentation tank discharge with surrounding inflow and outflow. It can overcome the difficulties of low specific gravity, high moisture content, and difficulty in scraping and collecting activated sludge. That is, while absorbing sludge, some sludge can also be scraped and directly discharged by the scraper plate, and the amount of sludge can be adjusted arbitrarily.

working principle

The central transmission suction machine is mainly composed of a transmission mechanism, a central vertical frame, a suction truss, a suction pipe, a scraper plate, and a slag scattering mechanism. Wastewater enters the distribution tank from the surrounding area and flows evenly into the sedimentation tank through the bottom distribution holes. Under the action of the surrounding inlet baffle, the water flows from the bottom of the tank to the center and returns to the surrounding outlet tanks from the top. The surrounding water distribution tank adopts a non-uniform distribution design of variable cross-section water distribution holes to ensure the uniformity of surrounding water distribution.

The driving device drives the variable diameter suction pipe fixed on the truss to slowly rotate along the bottom of the pool. The sludge deposited at the bottom of the pool is sucked into the suction pipe by a series of specially designed holes on the suction pipe with static water pressure as the driving force, and discharged from the sludge discharge cylinder. The floating scum scraper scrapes the floating scum on the water surface to the slag collection hopper and discharges it outside the pool.
