Orifice flowmeter TK4100FB02FG ` B11K00, standard orifice plate can be used to measure the flow rate of liquids, gases, and vapors in pipelines. The standard orifice plate is designed and manufactured according to the national standard GB/T2624-93, and verified according to the national standard JJG640-94. Standard orifice plates can use three pressure measurement methods: corner joint pressure measurement (including ring chamber pressure measurement), flange pressure measurement, or D-D/2 pressure measurement.

Standard orifice plates designed, manufactured, and calibrated according to national standards do not require real flow calibration, have high accuracy, simple structure, and low manufacturing cost. However, the pressure loss is the highest among all standard throttling devices and is not suitable for situations where small pressure loss is required

After welding, the internal weld seam should be processed to make it smooth, without welding scars and slag. 4. Before welding the pressure tapping flange to the pipeline, the pressure tapping hole on the pipeline should be drilled with the same diameter as the pressure tapping hole on the pressure tapping flange. During welding, the pressure tapping hole on the pressure tapping flange should be aligned with the pressure tapping hole on the pipeline. 5.
