Thermistor model

application

Clamp type pipe wall thermistor is a new product designed specifically for measuring pipe wall temperature. It adopts a clamp type clamping device, which can press the heat transfer plate on the temperature probe to the pipeline without welding. It has the advantages of easy assembly and disassembly, sensitive response, compressive and seismic resistance, and reliable measurement. It is a new type of temperature sensor for pipeline temperature measurement in industries such as natural gas, petrochemicals, and power plants.

Simple technical parameters

1. Component: PT100A, using imported platinum resistance components
2. Steel pipe: 4 * 60MM
3. Clamp diameter: 250mm, directly welded to steel pipe
4. Wiring: PVC wire, with a length of 3 meters
5. Temperature resistance: 0-80 degrees Celsius
6. Terminal: Stripping wire and hanging tin

The temperature measurement principle of thermal resistance is based on the characteristic that the resistance value of a conductor or semiconductor changes with temperature to measure temperature and temperature related parameters. Thermistors are mostly made of pure metal materials, with platinum and copper being the most commonly used. Materials such as nickel, manganese, and rhodium have been used to manufacture thermistors. Thermistors typically require the transmission of resistance signals through leads to computer control devices or other secondary instruments.

The currently widely used thermal resistance materials are platinum and copper: platinum resistance has high accuracy, is suitable for neutral and oxidizing media, has good stability, has a certain degree of nonlinearity, and the higher the temperature, the smaller the resistance change rate; Copper resistors have a linear relationship between resistance and temperature within the temperature measurement range, with a large number of temperature lines. They are suitable for non corrosive media and are prone to oxidation when exceeding 150. There are several types in China, such as R0=10 Ω, R0=100 Ω, and R0=1000 Ω, with division marks of Pt10, Pt100, and Pt1000, respectively; There are two types of copper resistors, R0=50 Ω and R0=100 Ω, with their division marks being Cu50 and Cu100. Among them, Pt100 and Cu50 are widely used.
