The tuning fork densitometer is a direct insertion instrument for online measurement of density and concentration, providing an integrated "plug and play, maintenance free" density and concentration measurement. Mainly used for industrial process automation control, it can be widely applied to industrial sites such as pipelines, open or closed storage tanks, etc. It can be applied to product process control based on density as the basic parameter, or quality control based on solid percentage or concentration percentage as a reference.
Working principle of tuning fork densitometer
The tuning fork series online density and concentration meter uses a sound frequency signal source to excite a metal tuning fork and make it vibrate freely at the center frequency, which is related to the density of the liquid in contact. Therefore, by analyzing the frequency, the density of the liquid can be measured, and then temperature compensation can be carried out to eliminate the system's temperature drift; The concentration value at a temperature of 20 ℃ can be calculated based on the relationship between the density and concentration of the corresponding liquid.
