All welded plate heat exchanger is a new generation of plate heat exchanger that integrates the advantages of detachable plate heat exchanger and shell and tube heat exchanger. Its introduction fills the application gap of detachable plate heat exchanger, and its high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, and strong corrosion resistance ensure the replacement of most working conditions of traditional shell and tube heat exchanger.
The fully welded plate heat exchanger has a corrugated plate structure similar to that of a plate heat exchanger, and adopts a fully welded sealing process with no gasket design. In addition, the selection of various metal and alloy materials ensures that the MAX fully welded heat exchanger is suitable for almost all heat exchange process occasions with temperatures ranging from -195 ℃ to 538 ℃ and working pressures ranging from vacuum to 8.2MPa. And its compact structural design, fast heat transfer performance, and convenient and flexible use determine its inherent superior performance in replacing traditional shell and tube heat exchangers.

Application scenarios of fully welded plate heat exchangers:
a. Refrigeration: used as a condenser and evaporator.
b. HVAC: Intermediate heat exchangers used in conjunction with boilers, high-rise building intermediate heat exchangers, etc.
c. Chemical industry: caustic soda industry, synthetic ammonia, alcohol fermentation, resin synthesis cooling, etc.
d. Metallurgical industry: Heating or cooling of aluminate mother liquor, cooling of steelmaking processes, etc.
e. Mechanical industry: cooling with various quenching fluids, lubricating oil cooling for reducers, etc.
