Armored thermocoupleThe installation precautions are as follows:

01. The installation height of the pressure block must be consistent, usually at a height of 150-200mm above the surface;

02. Three side spot welding is required for block welding. Do not spot weld the thermocouple insertion port, and be careful not to weld the stop screw on the side spot welding;

03. The pipeline wall temperature should be installed symmetrically up and down;

04. The armored thermocouple must be inserted into place and the stop screw tightened in place;

05. It is recommended to use a small slot box for the lead out of armored thermocouples;

06. Stainless steel wire must be used as a substitute for fixing armored thermocouples;

07. The interface between the armored thermocouple and the furnace wall must be wrapped and then led out through a self-made protective tube;

To prevent boiler settling, it is recommended to use a transition junction box and then connect it to the preamplifier with compensating wires;

09. The bridge or protective pipe between the furnace wall and the preamplifier should not be enclosed, and measures should be taken to prevent high heat flow from directly entering the preamplifier and damaging its components (Tianjin Electric Power Construction caused damage to the preamplifier due to lack of attention);

10. The installation position of the preamplifier cannot be too far away, otherwise the thermocouple length is not enough;

11. The wiring should be correct and reliable.
