Multi parameter water quality analyzerIt is an instrument that mainly uses ion selective electrode measurement method to achieve accurate detection. It can be widely used in power plants, purified water plants, water plants, domestic sewage treatment plants, beverage plants, environmental protection departments, industrial water, water industry, textile industry, liquor industry and pharmaceutical industry, epidemic prevention departments, hospitals and other departments for the determination of various ion parameters. The technical principles and detection methods are as follows:
1. Ion selective electrode method
Principle: The electrode membrane undergoes a selective reaction with the measured ion, generating a potential difference. The ion concentration is calculated by measuring the change in potential.
Application: pH, fluoride, sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium and other parameter detection.
Advantages: Fast response speed, low cost, but regular electrode calibration is required.
2. Spectrophotometric method
Principle: Use a specific wavelength light source to irradiate the water sample, measure the absorbance, and calculate the concentration of pollutants based on the standard curve.
Application: Detection of chemical indicators such as COD, ammonia nitrogen, and total phosphorus.
Advantages: High precision, but requires pre-processing and slightly more complex operation.
3. Electrochemical sensor method
Principle: Through the oxidation-reduction reaction between the sensor and the target substance in the water sample, a current signal is generated.
Application: Dissolved oxygen, residual chlorine, heavy metal ion detection.
Advantages: Strong real-time performance, suitable for online monitoring.
4. Optical scattering method
Principle: Measure the scattering degree of light by suspended particles in water samples and calculate turbidity.
Application: Turbidity detection.
Advantages: No need for chemical reagents, easy to operate.
