Three control modes
1. breakpoint ratio mode:
This function is used for testing the compressive strength of samples. When the degree of sample breakage reaches the preset value during the testing process, the machine can automatically judge and record and stop the test, and the pressure head will automatically return to the origin.
2. Power reaching mode:
This mode is mainly used for testing the setting force and holding force. A. A force can be set to automatically return when the applied force reaches the set force value. B. Set the force and time, start timing after reaching the preset force value, and maintain the preset force value unchanged during the preset time. The system controls the force in real time, and the pressure head will automatically return after reaching the set time (if the product suddenly breaks within the set time, the instrument will automatically stop testing). The main function is to perform performance testing on samples without damaging the product.
