With the development of scientific research and the advancement of production technology, quantitative analysis of moisture has been listed as one of the basic items for physical and chemical analysis of various substances, and as an important quality indicator for various substances.
Different requirements for measuring moisture were proposed based on the varying moisture contents in different forms of samples. Moisture measurement can be used for control analysis in industrial production or for quality assurance of agricultural and industrial products; Moisture can be determined from products measured in tons or analyzed in the laboratory using only a few microliters of the test solution; It can be a constant moisture analysis with a moisture content of several percent to tens of percent, or a trace moisture analysis with a moisture content of less than one millionth, and so on.
These instrument measurement methods are easy to operate, have high sensitivity, good reproducibility, and can continuously measure and automatically display data. Foreign moisture meters are expensive, which some domestic laboratories and enterprises cannot afford. In recent years, many domestic instrument manufacturers have strengthened their research and practice on moisture meters, achieving significant benefits and bringing the various technologies of domestic moisture meters closer to international standards, which can meet the needs of general laboratories and enterprise production. The classic moisture analysis method has gradually been replaced by various rapid moisture analysis methods.
It can be widely used in all industries that need rapid determination of moisture, such as medicine, plastics, chemicals, food (surimi, dehydrated vegetables, meat and aquatic processing, noodles, flour, biscuits, moon cakes, etc.), grain, feed, seeds, rapeseed, tea, and textile, agriculture, forestry, paper making, rubber, textile and other industries.
