Photovoltaic module test boxMainly used for parameter and performance testing of a series of photovoltaic modules in the photovoltaic industry, ground crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules, ground thin-film photovoltaic modules, etc. under high temperature, low temperature, humidity or constant temperature conditions. So what requirements does it need to meet during the experiment?

1. Damp heat test: Place the photovoltaic module in a room temperature environmental test chamber, with an inclination angle of not less than 5 degrees to the horizontal plane. Close the door and conduct the test under the following harsh conditions: test temperature: 85 ℃± 2 ℃, relative humidity: 85% ± 5%.
2. Wet cold (freezing) test: Place the photovoltaic module in a room temperature environmental test chamber, with an inclination angle of not less than 5 degrees to the horizontal plane. Close the door and complete 10 cycles. The high and low temperatures should be within ± 2 ℃ of the set value, and the relative humidity should be maintained within ± 5% RH of the set value at all temperatures above room temperature.
3. Thermal cycling test: The photovoltaic module is cycled in a testing space with a wind speed of not less than 2m · s-1 at a temperature between -40 ℃± 2 ℃ and 85 ℃± 2 ℃. The rate of change in high and low temperatures shall not exceed 100 ℃/H, and shall remain stable for at least 10 minutes at each temperature, with each cycle time not exceeding 6 hours.
The photovoltaic module test chamber circulates in a testing space with a wind speed of not less than 2m · s-1, and the temperature is between -40 ℃± 2 ℃ and 85 ℃± 2 ℃. Wet cooling (freezing) test: Place the photovoltaic module in a room temperature test chamber and complete 10 cycles. The high and low temperatures should be within ± 2 ℃ of the set value, and the relative humidity should be within ± 5% RH of the set value at all temperatures above room temperature.
The photovoltaic module test chamber can accelerate the aging and decay of components in a short period of time by simulating environmental conditions such as irradiance, temperature, humidity, etc. during actual outdoor operation, and controlling related parameters such as doubling or tightening. After the acceleration test is completed, the power of the test module is tested under standard test conditions, and the attenuation rate of the photovoltaic module's power generation performance is determined based on the attenuation rate formula.
