Correct assembly, use and maintenance instructions for magnetic flap level gauge
01. Magnetic substances are not allowed to approach the magnetic flap level gauge body, and iron wire fixation is prohibited, otherwise it will affect the normal operation of the magnetic flap level gauge;
02. If the user uses the heat tracing pipeline themselves, non-magnetic materials such as copper pipes must be selected. The heat tracing temperature is determined based on the condition of the medium;
03. The installation of the magnetic flap level gauge must be vertical, and a ball valve should be installed between the magnetic flap level gauge and the container inlet pipe for easy maintenance and cleaning;
04. The medium should not contain solid impurities or magnetic substances to avoid jamming the float;
Before use, use a calibrated magnetic steel to place the small balls below zero position in red and the other balls in white;
06. Open the bottom flange and install the magnetic float (note: the heavy end with the magnetic end is facing upwards and cannot be inverted);
08. The main conduit should be cleaned irregularly to remove impurities according to the condition of the medium;
For liquid level gauges that exceed a certain length (ordinary type>3 meters, anti-corrosion type>2 meters), it is necessary to add a reinforced flange or ear hook as a fixed support to increase strength and overcome its own weight;
10. The installation position of the magnetic flap level gauge should avoid or be far away from the inlet and outlet of the material medium to avoid rapid changes in the local area of the material fluid, which may affect the accuracy of the level measurement;
11. When equipped with remote transmission instruments, the following measures should be taken:
(1) The remote transmission supporting instruments should be tightly attached to the main pipe of the liquid level gauge and fixed with stainless steel clamps (iron is prohibited);
(2) The sensing surface on the remote transmission supporting instrument should face and be closely attached to the main tube;
(3) The zero position of the remote transmission supporting instrument should be on the same horizontal line as the zero position indication of the liquid level gauge;
(4) The connection between the remote transmission supporting instrument and the display instrument or industrial control computer is best laid separately in a protective tube or with a shielded two core cable;
(5) After the wiring holes of the junction box are laid, it is required to be well sealed to prevent rainwater, moisture, etc. from entering and causing the remote transmission supporting instruments to not work properly. The junction box should be promptly covered after maintenance or debugging is completed.
