1. Before installation, the top rod, filling material, rubber band, etc. used for transportation protection of the flowmeter should be removed to change the position of the float to a certain extent, and the action status of the converter should be checked. If it is considered abnormal, adjustments should be made.

2. The flow rate of the metal tube rotor should be connected to the small end of its cone tube at the inlet.

3. The metal tube rotor flowmeter should be installed vertically on a vibration free pipeline with an inclination of less than 5 °.

4. The calibration medium should be clean, and if necessary, a filter should be installed upstream of the flowmeter. The medium should be a unidirectional and stable flow that fills the pipeline.

5. If the liquid being tested contains bubbles, exhaust should be carried out in front of the flowmeter.

6. During calibration, there should be no corrosive medium in the surrounding air for the flow meter.

7. To facilitate the replacement of flow meters and other components during the calibration process, sufficient space should be left during installation.

8. The flow meters installed on the pipeline need to be cleaned one by one.
