Metal tube float flowmeterApplicable to the measurement and process control of liquid and gaseous media in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power, medicine, food, paper, etc. It can also be applied to flow measurement in some complex situations. Attention should be paid to the following issues when using:
The measurement of flow rate of metal tube float flowmeter is based on the water consumption of each unit, including process cooling, generator cooling, surface cleaning, sanitation unit cleaning, sterilization, seawater desalination device, active backwash cleaning, etc. According to the different heat exchange and power objectives of the platform, the water consumption of process cooling and generator cooling can be measured separately, and the remaining installation water consumption is relatively small. The first mechanical tool for debugging the metal tube float flowmeter is the seawater lift pump. During single machine debugging, all seawater does not enter the seawater pipeline network, and the pressure control valve is always closed. The single machine debugging is completed by adjusting the opening of the manual shut-off valve. We are currently debugging the metal tube float flowmeter. Compressed air is introduced into the metal tube float flowmeter through a temporary pipeline. Stopping low-pressure airtight inspection can quickly detect leaks and improve efficiency.
02. The control valve of the measurement and control system should be installed downstream of the flow meter. When conducting gas measurements, it is necessary to ensure that the working pressure is not less than 5 times the pressure loss of the flow meter, in order to maintain a stable pressure loss of the flow meter.
Before installing the metal rotor flowmeter, the welding slag in the pipeline should be blown clean; During installation, the stop element on the flowmeter should be removed; After installation and use, the control valve should be slowly opened to avoid impact damage to the flowmeter.
If the required flow range for measurement is wide and exceeds 10, two floats of different shapes and weights can be placed in one instrument. When the flow rate is small, take the light float for reading, and when the float reaches the top, take the heavy float for reading. The range can be expanded to 50-100.
05. Liquid measuring instruments generally use water meters to calibrate the flow rate, while gas measuring instruments use air to calibrate the flow rate, with the set value in the engineering standard state. When the fluid density, pressure and temperature in the usage conditions are inconsistent with the calibration values, necessary conversions should be made.
