The relationship between dissolved oxygen and ultrasonic intensity

Deoxidized water can improve cleaning efficiency in ultrasonic cleaning.

Ordinary tap water contains about 8 milligrams per liter of oxygen. In ultrasonic cleaning, dissolved oxygen in water can attenuate and scatter ultrasonic waves, thereby reducing cleaning efficiency.
