*It is a professional instrument for detecting the concentration of kitchen gas leaks. In recent years, with the improvement of relevant policies and people's safety awareness, * alarm has become one of the security products chosen by many residents.

However, during installation and use, people may encounter various problems, such as incorrect installation positions, incorrect usage methods, and improper maintenance of alarm devices. Today, we will explain to you the common technical problems and solutions during use, in order to ensure that you have a better understanding and use of the instrument.

Q:*What is the power of?

A:*The power consumption of the alarm is around 1-2W. In daily life, the equivalent of one kilowatt hour of electricity consumption is one kilowatt hour, which also means that an electrical device with a power of one kilowatt consumes one kilowatt hour of electricity after running for one hour. If the electrical device runs for 15 hours, it needs to consume 15 kilowatt hours of electricity, which is 15 kilowatt hours.

Q:*What is the high current that the relay passes through?

A: The JT-HD2000 series alarm from Chicheng Electric operates with a high current of approximately 1A~1.2A when driving equipment such as 220V fans.

Q:*What does passive output of a relay mean?

A:The passive output of a relay is equivalent to a switch quantity, which is generally used to be connected in series to the customer's electrical equipment. When the instrument does not sound an alarm, the switch opens, and when the instrument sounds an alarm, the switch closes. Such as external fans, etc.

Q:*What does the active output of a relay mean?

A: Relay active output refers to having a certain energy output function (such as outputting 220V power), generally used to directly control customers' electrical equipment. When the instrument does not alarm, there is no voltage output. When the instrument alarms, it outputs 220V power to control the operation of external equipment.

Q:Can the JT-HD3000BLE home report configuration of Chicheng Electric be compatible with Bluetooth gas meters from other manufacturers?

A:Cannot directly connect. The JT-HD3000 home report from Chicheng Electric can directly interface with the Bluetooth solenoid valves produced by the company. If there is a need to interface with gas meters from other manufacturers, protocols and prototypes need to be provided for testing, and then customized programs need to be released for production.

Q:*What is the reason for the constant alarm?

A: When an alarm occurs, the first consideration should be a gas leak. At this point, the user can close the gas valve and immediately open the window for ventilation. When the indoor gas concentration drops below the preset value of the instrument, the alarm will stop sounding.

Secondly, it may also be a false alarm. *The false alarm of the alarm is generally affected by five factors: cooking, steam and moisture, high flame of the stove, gas alarm being too close to the stove, and gas alarm having exceeded its service life. At this point, the gas valve should be closed and the cause should be investigated.

Q:Can the instrument continue to be used after its lifespan expires?

A:*The core component is the internal sensor, which has a certain service life. According to the GB15322.2-2019 standard, all alarms are equipped with a lifespan indicator light.

If the instrument life light is on, it means that the instrument life has expired and should be replaced immediately. In general, the lifespan of an alarm is 3-5 years.

Q:Can I directly unplug the power after the alarm goes off? How to eliminate the alarm sound?

A: After the alarm goes off, the first consideration is a gas leak. At this time, the power supply cannot be plugged in or unplugged to avoid generating electrical sparks and causing explosion accidents. Windows should be opened for ventilation. When the indoor gas concentration drops below the preset value of the instrument, the alarm will stop sounding.

If it can be determined that it is not a gas leak, such as instrument failure, professional repair personnel can unplug the power supply.

In addition, the alarm with networked features has a "remote mute" function, and users can click on "remote mute" on the mobile app to turn off the alarm sound.
