The selection of gas emergency shut-off valves should follow the five principles of scientificity, reliability, applicability, and economy, as well as the requirements of on-site working conditions, such as valve diameter size, working pressure, type medium, medium temperature, ambient temperature, power supply voltage, connection method, installation method, valve body material, special options, etc.
Common faults:
1. The gas emergency shut-off valve does not operate after being powered on,
2. The fluid cannot be cut off when the valve is closed
3. Serious internal leakage
4. External leakage is generally caused by loose pipeline connections or damaged external seals;
5. The noise is too loud when the gas emergency shut-off valve is powered on
maintain:
1. Suggest that the user unit arrange a dedicated person to be responsible for operation and maintenance.
2. Regular maintenance once or twice a year is an effective method to ensure the reliability and longevity of solenoid valves. The following four situations inside the solenoid valve are the reasons that hinder its normal operation and shorten its lifespan.
·Changes in the medium during use
·Rust inside the pipeline
·The air compressor oil is oxidized, producing impurities such as carbon particles and tar that mix into the pipeline
·There are impurities such as dust particles and dirt inside the pipeline
3. When the solenoid valve is installed or put back into operation after a long period of disuse, it must be put into the medium for several trial runs before it can be officially used.
4. When the steam valve is put into operation after being out of service for a long time, it should be operated several times after draining the condensed water, and can only be put into formal use after working normally.
5. Before maintenance, be sure to cut off the power and eliminate the pressure of the medium.
6. The coil component must not be disassembled.
7. When disassembling and cleaning the solenoid valve, a solution such as kerosene can be used, but it should be noted that the rubber parts may expand and need to be replaced.
8. After disassembly and cleaning, all parts should be restored to their original state and installed in sequence.
