To help customers choose suitable shock resistant pressure gauges, efforts can be made from four aspects: material selection, accuracy level determination, range selection, and dial diameter.

1、 Pressure gaugeMaterial selection

Seismic Pressure GaugeThere are two types of liquid receiving materials: stainless steel and copper alloy, among which stainless steel can be further divided into stainless steel304SSThe316SSTitanium alloy, Monel alloy, etc.

　　1. When measuring the pressure of non corrosive media on copper and copper alloys, the temperature of the medium is-25℃~55Within the temperature range, copper alloy can be used as the material for elastic components(Table connector and spring tube)The temperature of the medium is higher than55When the temperature is within the range of ℃, a cooling device can be used to cool the high temperature. If the temperature of the system medium is still higher than after cooling55If the temperature is ℃, this pressure gauge cannot be used.

When used to measure the pressure of non corrosive media on copper and copper alloys, the temperature of the medium is below-25℃, or the temperature remains higher than after cooling55When the temperature is within the range of ℃, stainless steel can be used as the material for the elastic element(Table connector and spring tube).

　　3. When measuring the pressure of corrosive media, appropriate stainless steel materials should be selected based on the corrosiveness of the medium.

2、 Determination of accuracy level

3、 Range selection

　　1. When measuring stable pressure, the working pressure of ****** should not exceed the range2/3.

　　2. When measuring pulsating pressure, the working pressure of ****** should not exceed the range1/2.

　　3. When measuring high pressure, the working pressure of ****** should not exceed the range3/5.

　　4.To ensure measurement accuracy, the minimum working pressure should not be lower than the range1/3According to the above principles, calculate a value based on the measured ***** pressure, and then read it from the pressure gaugeSelecting a value slightly larger than this value in the range series is the selected range.

4、 Dial diameter
