When selecting a pressure gauge, it can be determined based on the usage environment and the properties of the measuring medium.
In harsh environments such as strong atmospheric corrosiveness, high levels of dust, and easy spraying of liquids, appropriate shell materials and protection levels should be selected according to the environmental conditions.
2. Measurement of general media
(1) When the pressure is between -40kPa and+40kPa, it is advisable to use a bellows pressure gauge.

(2) When the pressure is above+40kPa, a spring tube pressure gauge or a bellows pressure gauge is generally used.
(3) When the pressure is between -100~2400kPa, a pressure vacuum gauge should be used.
(4) When the pressure is between -100~0kPa, it is advisable to use a spring tube vacuum gauge.
3. For dilute nitric acid, acetic acid, and other generally corrosive media, stainless steel pressure gauges or stainless steel diaphragm pressure gauges should be selected
4. For media such as hydrochloric acid gas, heavy oil, and similar media with strong corrosiveness, solid particles, viscous liquids, etc., diaphragm pressure gauges or diaphragm pressure gauges should be selected. The membrane and its material must be determined according to the measurementSelection of medium characteristics.
5. For media such as crystallization, scarring, and high viscosity, flange diaphragm pressure gauges should be selected.

In situations with strong mechanical vibration, a shock resistant pressure gauge should be selected.
7. In flammable and explosive environments, if electrical contact signals are required, explosion-proof pressure controllers or explosion-proof devices should be selected
Electric contact pressure gauge.
8. For pressure gauges measuring high, medium, or highly corrosive media, it is advisable to choose a shell with a super

9. The following measuring media should use dedicated pressure gauges:
(1) Gas ammonia, liquid ammonia: ammonia pressure gauge, vacuum gauge, pressure vacuum gauge;
(2) Oxygen: Oxygen pressure gauge;
Oil prohibition oxygen pressure gauge
(3) Hydrogen: Hydrogen pressure gauge;
(4) Chlorine gas: chlorine resistant pressure gauge, pressure vacuum gauge;
(5) Acetylene: Acetylene pressure gauge;
(6) Hydrogen sulfide: sulfur resistant pressure gauge;
(7) Carbon dioxide: Carbon dioxide pressure gauge.
When measuring differential pressure, a differential pressure gauge should be selected.
