The digestion of mushroom powder

High borosilicate glass digestion tube

Reagent:Sulfuric acid（H2SO4），98%，GR

Hydrogen peroxide (H)2O2），30%，GR

Dissolving steps:

1. Weigh 0.3g of mushroom powder sample and place it in a high borosilicate glass digestion tube (be careful not to let the powder stick to the tube wall);
2. Add 5mL of sulfuric acid and shake the sample well;
3. Heat up the digestion instrument to 130 degrees Celsius℃Maintain for 90 minutes, sample carbonized, with no un carbonized sample particles;
4. After removing the sample from the digestion well and cooling it to room temperature, add 5mL of hydrogen peroxide (the reaction is more intense at this time, slowly add along the tube wall);
5. After the violent reaction stops, place the sample back into the digestion well;
6. Maintain at 130 ℃ for 20 minutes, 150 ℃ for 60 minutes, and digest the sample until it is clear, transparent, and free of sediment;
7. Dilute the sample with ultrapure water to 50mL.
