This morning, a customer from Hunan called to purchase an integrated temperature transmitter with a flange DN25 PN1.6, insertion depth of 300mm, -30~100 ℃, display, output of 4~20mA, material 304 lined with PTFE, rod diameter of 16mm, and a requirement of 50 units. The customer saw our company's integrated temperature transmitter in the neighboring sister unit factory before and has been using it for several years. The on-site meter display and remote control display are both very accurate, and the response is also very fast. That's why they contacted our manufacturer. Today, we will talk about the purpose of the integrated temperature transmitter product.
Firstly, integrated temperature transmitters are usually used in conjunction with display instruments, recording instruments, electronic computers, etc. They output 4-20mA and directly measure the gas quality of liquids, vapors, and solid surface temperatures in the range of -200 ℃ -1300 ℃ in the presence of carbon and chlorine compounds in the production site. This product has a two-wire output of 4-20mA and strong anti-interference ability; Save the cost of compensating wires and installing temperature transmitters; Safe and reliable, with a long service life; Cold end temperature automatic compensation, non-linear correction circuit;
Secondly, the integrated temperature transmitter is divided into explosion-proof thermocouples that utilize the principle of gap explosion-proof. When an explosion occurs inside the chamber, it can be extinguished and cooled through the gap between the joint surfaces, preventing the full temperature of the flame after the explosion from being transmitted outside the chamber, thus achieving explosion-proof.
Thirdly, the integrated temperature transmitter is divided into a thermocouple (thermistor) that generates an unbalanced signal through the temperature transmitter's bridge, which is amplified and converted into a 4-20mA DC electrical signal for the working instrument to display the corresponding temperature value.

Fifth, Technical Requirements:
1. The integrated temperature transmitter can communicate with the upper computer through a HART modem or remotely manage, configure, monitor variables, calibrate, and maintain the model, scale, and range of the transmitter through handheld devices and PCs;
2. The display direction of the transmitter can be adjusted according to the actual needs of the user, and the temperature of the medium measured by the transmitter, changes in sensor values, output current, and percentage can be displayed;
3. Adopting silicone rubber or epoxy resin sealing structure, it is shock resistant, moisture resistant, and suitable for installation and use in harsh on-site environments.
4. Installed on-site in junction boxes for thermocouples and thermal resistors, directly outputting 4-20mA and 0-10mA output signals. This not only saves expensive compensation wire costs, but also improves the anti-interference ability during long-distance signal transmission;
5. The thermocouple transmitter has an automatic compensation function for cold junction temperature;
