As a manufacturer of on-site pressure gauges, whenever a customer calls to purchase an on-site pressure gauge, we usually ask them what type of on-site pressure gauge they need. There are various types of on-site pressure gauges, including stainless steel pressure gauges, diaphragm pressure gauges, shock resistant pressure gauges, bellows pressure gauges, electric contact pressure gauges, diaphragm pressure gauges, remote pressure gauges, shock resistant diaphragm pressure gauges, precision pressure gauges, etc. Each type of pressure gauge has different on-site conditions, and the following parameters need to be known: dial diameter, header material, connection method, measured medium, pressure, temperature, pressure range, and if it is a flange installation, flange standards, body material, etc. Today, let me briefly explain the selection requirements for on-site pressure gauge products:

Firstly, the on-site pressure gauge should be located in an easily observable position or installed in groups on the local surface panel. The pressure gauge should have moisture-proof and dust-proof covers, and should have three color display markings. The pressure gauge is made of stainless steel. Provide anti vibration pressure gauges in places with high vibration levels; Use anti-corrosion pressure gauges in corrosive environments.

Secondly, on-site pressure gauge: The pressure gauge can withstand over limit pressure equivalent to 150% of the maximum pressure without affecting calibration accuracy and performance.

Thirdly, on-site pressure gauge: The pressure gauge has the following performance: accuracy of ± 1.6% of the range, reproducibility of ± 0.25% of the range

Fourth, on-site pressure gauge: recalibrate the pressure gauge within 12 months, no more than once, to maintain the above performance.

Fifth, local pressure gauge: The protection level of the outer cover of the local pressure gauge shall not be lower than IP65 standard. On site pressure gauge dial size: φ 150mm; Accuracy level 1.5; Connection size: Unless otherwise specified, it is generally M20 × 1.5 at the bottom.

Sixth, on-site pressure gauge: Industrial process safety series pressure gauges are selected for on-site pressure gauges. The back of the watch is equipped with a pressure relief cover and a pressure relief hole to release the internal pressure caused by the overload and rupture of the elastic element, enhancing the safety of personnel and facilities.

Seventh, the local pressure gauge should select a range, and the normal operating pressure should be 1/3 to 2/3 of the range. The pressure gauge should be able to withstand over limit pressure equivalent to 130% of the maximum pressure without affecting calibration accuracy and performance.

Eighth, on-site pressure gauge: The pressure gauge at the pump outlet should be of the oil filled type; Diaphragm type pressure gauges are selected for measuring media with corrosiveness, viscosity, and solid suspended matter.
