The core of the operation of the magnetic flap level gauge product is to reflect the height of the liquid through the up and down movement of the magnetic float in the main tube, and convert the liquid level data into readable indicators or electrical signals for output.

Firstly, how to install the magnetic float? We need to understand the working principle of the magnetic flap level gauge. The magnetic flap level gauge consists of a float, flap, sensor, and other components.

Secondly, how to install the magnetic float? The magnetic float plays a role in detecting the level of liquid. Floats are usually made of materials with lower density than liquids and have good buoyancy. When the liquid level rises, the float will float up accordingly; When the liquid level drops, the float will sink. The flip board will flip along with the movement of the magnetic float, and the status of the flip board will be converted into an electrical signal output of 4-20mA through sensors.

Furthermore, how to install the magnetic float? The magnetic levitation ball of the magnetic flap level gauge is equipped with a magnet inside, which is annular and divided into S/N levels. The float is usually cylindrical, so there is a section with a magnet and a section without a magnet. 1、 When installing the magnetic flap level gauge, it should be kept vertical to ensure that it can move freely up and down inside the pipe.

2、 A shut-off valve should be installed between the tested tank and the level gauge to facilitate the cleaning of the level gauge and cut off the liquid.

3、 Magnetic field is not allowed to be close to the magnetic flap level gauge, otherwise it can directly affect the normal operation of the level gauge.

4、 Install a liquid level gauge, which can be calibrated with magnetic steel and guide the steering column to display red below zero and white above zero at once.

5、 When the magnetic flap level gauge is put into operation, the valve of the lower liquid inlet pipe should be opened first to allow the medium to slowly enter the pipe body, avoiding the rapid entry of liquid and the rapid rise of the float, which may cause panel flipping failure and disorderly flipping. If this situation occurs, it is necessary to correct the panel with magnetic steel

6、 In order to prevent damage to the float during transportation and installation, it is usually placed on the outside of the tube before leaving the factory. After the installation and construction of the liquid level gauge are completed and the pipeline pressure test is normal, open the bottom drain flange, and then install the float into the liquid level gauge pipe body. The heavy end of the float ball float should face upwards to prevent reverse installation.
