We first confirmed the specific parameter requirements of the seismic pressure gauge that the customer needed, including dial diameter, range, installation method, material, and purchase quantity. The customer sent us the product specification sheet produced by the design institute according to our requirements. We reviewed the specification sheet and found that all the parameters we needed were available. At the same time, we also requested seismic grade requirements. The customer asked us to provide a detailed explanation of the seismic grade and testing process for the seismic pressure gauge. 1. Prepare materials and components;

2. Spring tube stamping and forming;

3. Spring tube processing;

4. Welding spring tubes and joints;

5. Surface treatment and welding inspection of welding parts;

6. Assemble the checked movements, units, etc. separately;

7. Place the assembled semi-finished product on the calibration table and cover it with a shell;

8. Connect the calibration table and start pressurizing. First, increase the pressure to full range and maintain it for 5 minutes. Check for any leaks. If there are no leaks, select 3-4 pressure points based on the range, and the pressure error displayed on the precision gauge should not exceed 1.6% F.S;

9. Place the product in a vacuum pump and vacuum it for 15 minutes;

10. Take out the pressure gauge that has been vacuumed, perform seismic testing, and repeat steps 4 until it is qualified. Record each data segment and inspect the appearance before packaging and transferring to the finished product warehouse.
