Jinan Gongda Jieneng Technology Development Co., Ltd. is a technology-based high-tech enterprise established by Shandong University, integrating science, industry, and trade. It was established in 2003 and currently has three wholly-owned subsidiaries: Qingdao Lanjie Automation System Co., Ltd., Suzhou Gelanda Energy saving Technology Development Co., Ltd., and Jinan Gongda Intelligent Electromechanical Co., Ltd., as well as 14 offices in other provinces. The company has more than 130 employees, with a business premises of 1800m2, a production workshop of 2000m2, a laboratory of 500m2, a warehouse of 2000m2, an industrial park under construction covering an area of 45 acres, a planned research and development base of 23 acres, and an annual business volume of 298 million yuan.

The company has independently developed more than ten categories and dozens of products and application technologies, including remote monitoring systems (SCADA systems) for heating networks, automation control for distributed energy and multi energy complementary regional heating systems, energy-saving control for heat exchangers and heat exchange units, heat meter measurement and automatic meter reading systems, as well as energy operation management information processing systems. The main products include building automation, comfort and energy-saving air conditioning, purification and process air conditioning equipment control, water treatment equipment, desulfurization and denitrification, and control of renewable and clean energy equipment and systems. Many of these products have won provincial science and technology invention awards and national honors.

At the same time, the company acts as an agent for Siemens Building Technology products in Germany, providing pre-sales, sales, and after-sales services for HVAC equipment manufacturers and engineering companies, and offering excellent products and services to customers.
