The weighing sensor can adopt two different input and output wiring methods:
1. One is the four wire connection method
The weighing sensor with four wire connection method has no special requirements for the secondary instrument panel and is very fast to use. However, when the cable is long, it is easily affected by factors such as rough working temperature;
2. Another type is the six wire connection method
The weighing sensor with six wire connection method is equipped with a reaction input socket on the secondary instrument panel used in conjunction with it. The usage specifications have certain limitations, but it is not easily shaken by factors such as rough working temperature. It has a certain length when measuring accurately with high precision and at long distances.
3. How to connect the two methods:
The earliest clear indication of the switch power supply positive, switch power supply negative, response positive, response negative, data signal positive, and data signal negative for the sensor socket on the display screen. If it is a 6-wire transducer, the two sets of wires with very small sensor resistors are the positive switch power supply and the positive response; Switch power supply negative and response negative. After receiving the display screen, load the sensor and accurately measure the current value (millivolts) of the other two wires. Connect the positive wire to the display data signal positive and the negative wire to the display data signal negative; If it is a four wire value, the positive and negative wires of the display screen's switch power supply must be connected, and the negative and negative wires of the switch power supply must be connected. Use a multimeter to measure the four wires of the sensor. The two wires with higher resistance between them are the switch power supply, and the other two are data signals;
According to the origin of the sensor, it can be distinguished by the color of the wire. Generally, red indicates a positive switch power supply, black indicates a negative switch power supply, yellow indicates a positive data signal, and white indicates a negative data signal.
