Preparation tools: two adjustable wrenches, one explosion-proof cross screwdriver, white tape, insulation tape, and XP3140 detector.

　　

1. Close the root valve and inlet valve of the pressure transmitter, open the vent valve, and close the vent valve after the XP3140 detector confirms that the combustible gas has been completely vented.

　　

2. Confirm that the power supply for the pressure transmitter in the cabinet room has been uninstalled

　　

3. Use a plum blossom screwdriver to remove the pressure transmitter cover plate, disconnect the signal line, and protect the signal line and its cable label with insulating tape

　　

4. Use an adjustable wrench to unscrew the connector of the transmitter's pressure pipe, and properly protect the head of the pressure pipe with insulating tape

　　

5. Remove the fixing screws of the transmitter and remove the transmitter from the bracket

　　

6. Clean the surface dust of the transmitter and attach the equipment label to the transmitter surface with a white adhesive cloth

　　

7. Send the transmitter to the calibration site and leave it for at least 2 hours for calibration.

　　

Installation of 3051 pressure transmitter:

　　

Preparation tools: two adjustable wrenches, one explosion-proof cross screwdriver, and leak detector.

　　

1. Confirm that the power supply for the pressure transmitter in the cabinet room has been uninstalled

　　

2. Confirm that there are no foreign objects between the transmitter impulse pipe joint and the impulse pipe head,

　　

3. Install the transmitter on the bracket and tighten the fixing screws with a screwdriver

　　

4. Use an adjustable wrench to connect and fix the pressure transmitter's impulse pipe joint

　　

5. Use an explosion-proof cross screwdriver to remove the pressure transmitter cover plate, and connect the signal wire correctly according to the terminal wiring diagram

　　

6. Connect the power supply of the transmitter

　　

7. Zero and full calibration using a HART communicator in the station control room

　　

8. Confirm to open the root valve and inlet valve of the pressure transmitter, and close the vent valve

　　

9. Use leak detection fluid to check if there is any air leakage in each connecting component.
