The principle of using a resistive rotary level switch is very simple. The anti rotation level gauge is usually installed at the top, middle or bottom of the silo wall. When the level is normal (without a level signal), the synchronous motor rotates the blade at a speed of 1 RPM. When the blade is blocked by the material and cannot rotate, the synchronous motor will stop rotating and drive the micro switch to change the current indication state (indicating alarm or control).

Precautions for installation of resistance rotary level switch
1. When installing the square side suspension, it should be tilted downwards by 15-20 degrees to avoid direct impact of materials on the shaft and blades;
2. The wire mouth faces downwards to prevent rainwater from entering;
3. The silo wall is installed with a broken arch or vibration machine, please use a capacitive level gauge;
4. Attention: ComROTAEK and ComROTAEH can only be suspended on the side of the silo wall (installed horizontally);
5. ComROTAEK and ComROTAEH can only be installed vertically;
6. During installation or maintenance, the warning "turn off the power before turning on the level gauge" should be followed!
7. Corrosive gases should be avoided using aluminum and stainless steel materials;
8. The temperature used for level gauges in tanks containing liquids or gases must not exceed the permitted temperature of the product.
