Characteristics of RF admittance level controller
Date: 2023-10-26Read: 6

Radio frequency admittance level controller is a positional control instrument used to detect the level of adhesive liquids, solid particles, dust, other mixed slurries, etc. in silos, chutes, or other containers. It is currently one of the stable and reliable level gauges on the market, which overcomes the problems that previous level gauges could not overcome, such as false alarms caused by adhesive materials and environmental temperature changes on the instrument. In addition, it also has the advantages of simple and fast calibration, strong universality of various models, and easy installation.

Features:

Beautiful appearance, easy installation, and simple and fast calibration;

Strong universality: suitable for various occasions, can detect particles, fly ash, conductive and non-conductive liquids, viscous materials;

Anti adhesion circuit: Advanced anti adhesion circuit design can eliminate false error signals caused by material adhesion;

Stable product performance: 72 hours of power on aging ensures that the working point does not drift and can operate for a long time.

Working Principle:

Measure the admittance value of ground materials. The oscillation circuit of the electronic unit generates a high-frequency signal, which is sent to the probe and shielding stage respectively. When the probe comes into contact with the material, the change in signal reactance causes a phase change in the signal on the probe. Therefore, the phase of the high-frequency signal on the probe forms a phase difference with the phase of the reference signal. After processing, this change drives the output circuit, and the instrument sends out an alarm signal for the switch value.
