1、 Usage method

1. Slowly push the soft nylon tube into the quick change connector hole on the needle valve body and insert it securely to the bottom. After inserting it to the bottom, gently pull it out to confirm that it cannot be pulled out

2. Connect the soft nylon tube to the vacuum source.

3. Place PP partitions and samples as needed.

4. Place the O-ring on the outer conical surface of the upper opening of the base, cover the upper cover, and vacuum it (hold the upper cover with your hand when vacuuming, and release it when the vacuum degree slightly increases).

5. Remove the pipe installed on the quick change connector:

(1) Fully and evenly push the blue release sleeve flange end face on the quick change connector.

(2) Press in the blue release sleeve while pulling out the tube. If the release sleeve is not fully pressed in, the tube cannot be pulled out.

(3) For pipes that have been repeatedly loaded and unloaded, if the pipe head is severely worn and scratched, the part of the pipe mouth that has been bitten off should be cut off before reuse.

6. Take out the sample: manually open the valve and release the vacuum.

　　

Vacuum infiltration apparatusPrecautions for use:

　　

1. Maintain good ventilation to facilitate heat dissipation and extend lifespan.

2. Precautions for using the vacuum infiltration instrument: Please first open the vacuum valve of the vacuum infiltration instrument, start the vacuum pump to evacuate the vacuum infiltration instrument, and then start the vacuum drying oven for heating after reaching the required vacuum degree. The vacuum pump is not easy to work on the heated vacuum drying oven for a long time. Please refer to Note 3 for details.

3. Precautions for use in filtration devices or waste liquid suction: It is important to promptly pour out the liquid from the collection bottle. Directly pumping the liquid into the vacuum pump can easily cause damage to the vacuum pump. If a small amount of liquid is accidentally drawn into the pump during use, please do not immediately turn off the vacuum pump. It is recommended to immediately remove the pump tube connected to the vacuum pump and allow the vacuum pump to draw air for at least 0.5-1 hour to evacuate; If a large amount of liquid is accidentally drawn into the vacuum pump, please contact the dealer immediately.
