Analysis of Structural Characteristics of Hydrogen Purifier
Date: 2016-04-20Read: 16
Hydrogen purifierBy adopting a cycle of pressurized adsorption and depressurized desorption, compressed air is alternately introduced into the adsorption tower (which can also be completed in a single tower) to achieve air separation, thereby continuously producing high-purity product nitrogen.

 Hydrogen purifierstructural characteristics

1) Duplex structure: The adsorber is achieved through digestion and absorption using the Austrian Ebner process, with one adsorber in use and one backup; One is in adsorption operation, while the other is in desorption regeneration, thus achieving continuous gas supply.
2) Adsorbent: Zeolite molecular sieve is used, which has strong adsorption performance and advantages such as large adsorption capacity and deep adsorption depth compared to similar products. It can adsorb water vapor and impurity gas equivalent to 20% of its own weight at room temperature and pressure. After adsorption, the dew point of the gas can reach below -60 ℃. It can be used to purify hydrogen and nitrogen gas produced by ammonia cracking, effectively removing trace amounts of ammonia and water, and producing high-quality pure gas.
3) Heating method: The adsorber is equipped with a built-in rod type 8020 nickel chromium alloy heater. The heating rod is designed with low surface load and does not come into contact with the molecular sieve during heating. It uses a "mushroom shaped" airflow for uniform heating, low fault, fast heating speed, sufficient regeneration, and good pure gas quality. This ensures the reliability of the adsorber.

The above is an introduction to the structural characteristics of hydrogen purifiers.
