Remove the filter element from the filter element and rinse the surface dirt with water. Then soak it in 4% hydrochloric acid for 24 hours, and then soak it in 4% sodium hydroxide for 24 hours before removing it. Rinse it with water again and check if the O-ring is damaged. If it is damaged, replace the O-ring first. After installing the filter element according to the installation method, rinse it at a pressure less than 0.1Mpa.

If the shutdown time is not long, generally do not turn on the machine, do not remove the stainless steel filter, and the filtrate should not be stored overnight. When shutting down, be sure to clean it in a timely manner. If the stainless steel filter element is not used for a long time, it must be cleaned thoroughly, removed, washed and dried, and then sealed in a plastic bag for storage to avoid contamination.
