Hydrogen purifierMaintenance and upkeep are very important in our daily use. Let's take a look below:
Maintenance and upkeep of hydrogen purifiers
1. Filter cleaning
After loading, clean the filter material according to the backwash method: open the upper valve, then open the backwash valve to let in water with a flow rate of 15m/(h.m). The process usually takes several hours until the effluent is clear. During cleaning, pay close attention to the absence of a large number of normal particles of filter material in the drainage. Otherwise, immediately close the inlet valve to prevent the filter material from flushing out.
2. Cleaning and operation
After cleaning the filter material, open the lower discharge valve and enter the positive washing state. During the positive washing, the inlet water should be controlled at a filtration rate of 6-8 m3/hour for about 15-30 minutes. After the effluent quality meets the requirements, open the effluent valve and close the lower discharge valve for normal operation.
3. Backwashing
After the hydrogen purifier works for a period of time, due to the interception of a large amount of suspended solids, the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter gradually increases. When this pressure difference is ≥ 0.08MPa, the filter must be backwashed by opening the upper valve, then closing the outlet valve and inlet valve, and then opening the backwash valve to enter the water. The backwash intensity is the same as that of the filter material cleaning, and the time is about 10 minutes.
The above is an introduction to the maintenance of hydrogen purifiers, hoping to provide assistance to everyone during use.
