Classification of Inspection Points
Inspection can be divided into daily inspection, regular inspection (professional inspection), and precision inspection according to the cycle and business scope.
Daily inspection is carried out by operators during equipment operation. The contents of daily inspection include inspection, cleaning, refueling, fastening, adjustment, simple maintenance, replacement, etc. By conducting daily inspections, any abnormal equipment phenomena can be promptly detected, hidden dangers can be eliminated, and equipment can be prevented from continuing to operate in an abnormal state, thus delaying its deterioration.
Regular inspection is carried out by dedicated inspectors, which includes: non disassembly regular inspection of equipment, disassembly inspection of equipment, deterioration tendency inspection, equipment accuracy testing and system accuracy inspection and adjustment, regular composition analysis and replacement/addition of oil products, replacement of parts and repair of deteriorated parts, etc.
Precision inspection is carried out by inspectors in cooperation with professional technicians, using precision testing instruments and meters to comprehensively test, investigate, or use diagnostic techniques, special instruments and tools, or special methods to measure physical quantities such as vibration, stress, temperature, cracks, deformation of equipment without disassembly. By comparing and analyzing the measured data with standards, the technical condition and degree of deterioration of the equipment are quantitatively determined to determine the necessity of maintenance or adjustment.
Skills required for inspectors
The precision inspection inspector must master certain skills, which is an important aspect of reflecting the level of professional inspection, such as the accuracy of judging the degree of equipment degradation, the level of repairing degradation, the speed and accuracy of finding equipment failure points, and the length of time required to eliminate faults and restore normal equipment operation. The operation of on-site equipment is constantly changing and complex. Therefore, inspectors must rely on their knowledge, skills, experience, and logical thinking to discover and effectively solve problems with equipment on the production site. This ability possessed by inspectors is called inspection skills.
The inspection skills consist of two aspects: first, precursor technology. The so-called precursor technology is to identify unstable factors from stability through equipment inspection; Identify abnormal sprouts from normally functioning equipment; Identify equipment degradation and closely track its development to identify patterns; And do a good job in early detection and early handling of equipment degradation abnormalities, so as not to expand it into equipment failure technology. Secondly, rapid troubleshooting techniques. This is a technology that quickly analyzes and determines the location of equipment failure, formulates a troubleshooting plan, and organizes its implementation after the failure occurs. It aims to eliminate the fault as soon as possible or adopt emergency response measures to restore the equipment to work and continue production. The deployment of mechatronics equipment requires inspectors to not only improve their own inspection skills, but also broaden their knowledge and familiarize themselves with some basic skills in related fields, in order to achieve "one step forward in the edge area", so that inspectors can not only do a good job in professional equipment inspection, but also do a good job in equipment inspection on both sides of the professional interface.
