usesafety barrierWhat should I pay attention to when doing this?
In addition to choosing the appropriate one, intrinsic safety systems should also be selectedsafety barrierWhen using, pay attention to the following aspects:
*Attention should be paid to the capacitance and inductance of cables and on-site equipment. Intrinsic safety explosion-proof refers to system explosion-proof. In addition to the required explosion-proof level of safety barriers, the energy storage of cables and on-site equipment is also a key issue, especially after parameter certification replaces system certification. Engineering companies should pay special attention to this issue.
Secondly, attention should be paid to intrinsic safety grounding and Zenersafety barrierIntrinsic safety grounding is required, and the grounding resistance should be less than 1.
Thirdly, intrinsic safety cables and non intrinsic safety cables should be laid separately in different cable trays and clearly labeled.
Fourthly, when replacing, attention should be paid to cutting off the power.
What are the commonly used forms of explosion-proof? Which situations are suitable for each?
According to IEC standards, explosive gas hazardous areas can be divided into Zone 0, Zone 1, and Zone 2 The so-called Zone 0 refers to a place where explosive gas mixtures exist continuously or for a long period of time under normal circumstances; Zone 1 refers to places where explosive gas mixtures may occur under normal circumstances; Zone 2 refers to a location where explosive gases are unlikely to occur or only exist for a short period of time under normal circumstances. Therefore, Zone 0 is the most dangerous place, and the explosion-proof requirements for Zone 0 are also the most strict. It must meet the intrinsic safety type IA level, such as Paroken Technology PRG-1000. Zone 1 has relatively weaker requirements than Zone 0, and can be of intrinsic safety type (both IA and IB are acceptable), explosion-proof type, increased safety type, or several less commonly used but also explosion-proof types for Zone 1, including positive pressure type, oil filled type, sand filled type, and sealed airtight type. In addition, it can also be a specially designed explosion-proof type. For Zone 2, it can be a non sparking type with the weakest explosion-proof requirements. Of course, explosion-proof types that meet the requirements of Zone 0 and Zone 1 can be used. One thing to note is that regardless of the type of equipment, it must be certified by the national explosion-proof testing department and obtain an explosion-proof certificate before it can be used.
