1. Testing principle

The mechanical testing device is used to discharge water from the syringe while continuously recording the force generated by the movement of the piston component

2. Test steps

2Remove the syringe from the packaging, move the syringe plunger once until the reference line is aligned with the total capacity scale line, and then retract the plunger to return the reference line to the zero scale line position.

2Add water to the sink and remove air from the pipe. Keep the water and syringe at a temperature of 18 ℃~28 ℃

2Connect the syringe tip to the sink using a hose. Fill the syringe with water to the nominal capacity and install it on the testing device as shown in the diagram.

2Adjust the relative position of the syringe and the sink so that the horizontal plane of the sink is approximately level with the midpoint plane of the syringe jacket

2Drain until the reference line of the piston matches the nominal capacity scale of the syringe. Note: The air in the syringe tip will not affect the test results.

2.6 Wait for 30 seconds.

2Start the test device at a speed of (100 ± 5) mm/min and stop the device at no more than 10% of its nominal capacity.

2Measure and record the motion trajectory and force generated by the piston component.
